Pentagon Renovation Project
Light Pole Replication and Fabrication
The Pentagon Renovation Team was tasked with the challenge of replacing the aging and worn light poles at the Mall Terrace Entrance of the Pentagon in a more durable material to match the existing poles in detail, finish, and overall appearance. Once contacted by the Hensel Phelps Construction Co., we were able to repair and restore an original light pole to its former condition so a mold could be made. The cast polymer resin pieces were stained to match the original poles and coated with a UV resistant polyurethane.
